A. MEDICAL PROCEDURES

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to all bookings accepted by Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd. You are recommended to read the applicable service provider's terms and conditions as they may exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Hospital & Consultation Payments

Final costs for any medical procedures that you sign up will be confirmed during the preliminary consultation between you and the surgeon / specialist consultant and paid by you directly to the hospital after the consultation. It is at your sole discretion to proceed with any health or surgical procedures after final costs are advised by the specialist consultant. The responsibility of acceptance of the procedures and final costs discussed upon your preliminary consultation are solely between you and the specialist consultant. Cost may vary depending on any additional procedures, or changes in procedures.

Method of Payment for Hospital Stay and Surgery

Full hospital and surgery payment is required and paid directly to the hospital after the preliminary consultation. Payment can be made with your local currency, Malaysian Ringgit or Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

There are no cancellation fees if you decide not to proceed with the procedure. However, if you decide to cancel or terminate your holiday, some cancellation fees apply. There shall be no refund for cancellations after the wellness holiday package has commenced or in respect of accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized.

Travel and Medical Insurance

Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd. does not insure the cost of your wellness holiday. We strongly recommend that you insure your travel to and stay in Malaysia . You are advised to disclose all relevant matters to your insurer including the probability that you may be undertaking elective surgery as part of your travel.

Limits of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd. excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury, and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any form in connection with the offer or supply of goods or services through Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd. or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such goods or services. If the law implies a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded, Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd.'s liability for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited as determined by Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd. to the cost of re-supplying the relevant goods or services.

B. ACCOMMODATION & TOURS

Tours as stated in Beauty Borneo Connects Sdn. Bhd.’s brochures and website are operated by our sister company, Borneo Eco Tours Sdn. Bhd. hereafter referred to as 'The Company'. The tours are sold subject to the following conditions:

Contract
The contract made between the Company and the Client shall be deemed to have made at the registered office of the company at Lot 1, Pusat Perindustrian Kolombong Jaya, Mile 5.5 Jalan Kolombong, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Reservation
For any amendment, cancellation or number of person or room reduced made after booking is confirmed, a fee may be imposed.

Substitution of Program
Although every effort will be made to operate the tours as advertised, the Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to make alternative arrangements as it sees fit if caused by weather conditions, technical problems to vehicles, flight delay or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company. It will wherever possible try to provide hotel of equivalent standard. Where there is a better hotel provided, there will be no extra charge.

Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required for all confirmed tour or transfer booking and full payment 14 days before arrival. Failure will result in the cancellation of reservation.

Cancellation
Hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors or any other companies related to the travel services required, will impose cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. Cancellation fee levied by them will be charged to you through Beauty Borneo Connects. Cancellation within 30 days from date of travel will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total package cost and cancellation within 14 days from date of travel will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total package cost. NO refund will be made for any part of the services included in the package that was not utilized by guest after commencement of tour.

Limits of Liability
The company only acts as an agent for airline, hotel, restaurant and in some cases transport companies and it assumes no responsibility for liability in connection with the services rendered. Neither will it be responsible for any act, omission, error or any injury, delay, irregularity, government regulations, theft or strikes over which it has no control.

Alteration of Itinerary
Where it is in the interest of tour members that an itinerary be altered, such alterations may be made without penalty to the company. If a tour or transfer is cancelled prior to date of departure, due to circumstances beyond its control, the Company will refund all money where applicable paid by the clients.
