  1. What to bring? (if applicable)
    • Letter of Guarantee from an approved company
    • NRIC
    • Passport (non residents)
    • Any recent x-ray films/CD, laboratory results, current medication or medical report
  2. General advice
    • Please call to make an appointment 1 or 2 days prior to screening
    • You need to fast for 8 hours before your health screening in order to obtain accurate results. (Priority will be given to all the fasting procedure in order to reduce your fasting time)
    • Best to take a light dinner night before your screening
    • Please inform our staff upon registration if you are on any medical treatment or medical conditions
    • The duration of the Health Screening is about 3 to 5 hours depending on the package you have signed up for
  3. Ladies
    • Best to have your health screening one week or 10 days before or after your menstrual cycle. This is especially when you have to do pap smear, ultrasound of pelvis and mammogram in order to obtain more accurate result
  4. Treadmill
    • Please bring along your jogging attire and shoes
    • If you are on any oral medications eg for hypertension or diabetics, please bring your tablets along with you
    • A doctor will assess you prior to this test. Doctor will check your blood pressure and pulse and only if he/she sees you fit, will this test be done
  5. Ultrasound Pelvis
    • Fasting is not required for this procedure
    • You need to drink plenty of fluids for this procedure because a full bladder is required for this examination in order to have better view of your uterus / prostate
  6. Ultrasound Abdomen
    • You need to fast overnight at least 8 hours prior to this procedure. (Priority will be given to all the fasting procedure in order to reduce your fasting time)
  7. X-Rays
    • You will have to remove all jewelries before this procedure
    • Pregnant woman is not recommended to do this procedure
  8. Mammogram
    • Please bring along your latest mammogram film/ CD and report if available
    • Please do not use perfume, talcum powder or deodorant before undergoing this procedure
    • Pregnant woman is not recommended to undergo this procedure
    • Best to have your mammogram one week or 10 days before or after your menstrual cycle in order to obtain a more accurate result
